Report the metro as a range and a median of published fees, with the n. No number without a URL.
Add the three components separately when a practice publishes them: surgeon fee, anesthesia, facility.
Revision rhinoplasty and rib-graft cases priced separately where published.
Label the ASPS figure with its statistics year once read from the report PDF.

Not to be used

The 2021 rhinoplasty.cc copy's "$3,000 to $15,000" range and the anesthesia/facility figures had no source. They can be reintroduced only with a citation.
