Jack H. Sheen, MD

Two-sentence lead. Jack Sheen wrote Aesthetic Rhinoplasty (1978; 2nd ed. 1987), described the spreader graft (1984) and dorsal/tip grafting for the supratip deformity, and was the first president of The Rhinoplasty Society (1997). He was the closed-approach counterweight to Gunter's open approach.
