Two rhinoplasties (self-reported). Reported, not confirmed by him: dermatologist Arnold Klein said he "had rebuilt Jackson's nose because its cartilage had totally collapsed" (CNN, 2009); the autopsy report noted "one scar beside each of his nostrils." Counts above two are reports.
