What is on record

Two nose surgeries after the 1987 film. First surgery "fine-tuned" the nose; a second, less than a year later, to correct visible cartilage changed her face. Not recognized at a premiere afterward. Told in memoir *Out of the Corner* (Ballantine, May 3, 2022).
