Septoplasty and rhinoplasty are hard to teach. Apaydin's group dissected 21 lamb heads by protocol, measured anatomical distances for comparison with human cadavers, then used 8 heads to practise preservation rhinoplasty (high strip in 5, Cottle low strip in 3).
