The authors retrospectively reviewed 35 septorhinoplasty patients who received unilateral (USG) or bilateral (BSG) spreader grafts, measuring the deviation angle and dorsal width ratio on frontal photographs before and 6 months after surgery, and collecting NOSE and VAS scores.
