The Turkish authors propose the Golden Triangle: an isosceles triangle with a 36-degree apex, scaled to facial proportions, that determines where key nasal landmarks should sit. Thirty women aged 18-30 seeking primary rhinoplasty were simulated in GeoGebra and Photoshop; 20 board-certified plastic surgeons (17 after outlier exclusion) and the patients rated pre- and post-simulation images on a 0-100 scale.
