Not every nose suits dorsal preservation. The Turkish authors prospectively studied 43 patients (6 men, 37 women, mean age 26.4) having high-strip preservation, measuring nasal bone length, radix-to-tip distance and kyphion angle on CT, and scoring outcome with an overall surgical success (OSS) score that subtracts complications, reoperations and hospitalisations from 10.
